Giandomenico Roviello MD, is a medical oncologist of the Division of Medical Oncology, Department of Onco-Hematology, IRCCS-CROB, Referral Cancer Center of Basilicata, Rionero in Vulture, Italy. He previously worked as a research assistant of University of Brescia, Section of pharmacology and University Center DIFF-Drug Innovation Forward Future, department of Molecular and Translational Medicine and of Unit of Medical Oncology, Department of Oncology, Medical Oncology Unit, San Donato Hospital, Arezzo, Italy. Dr. Roviello graduated from the School of Medicine, Second University of Naples in 2008, after he graduated as medical oncologist from University of Siena in 2015 and finally he achieved Phd in Molecular Biomedicine from University of Trieste. Dr. Roviello current research interests are genitourinary oncology (particularly prostate cancer), gastric cancers and Immunotherapy. Dr. Roviello has published more than 100 articles in peer-reviewed journals. He sits on the editorial board and is a reviewer for several oncological journals. Dr. Roviello’s society memberships include: the European Societies for Medical Oncology (ESMO), the Italian Association for gastric research (GIRCG), American society of clinical oncology (ASCO) andItalian Association of Medical Oncology (AIOM).
