Dr. Qingqi Ren serves as a resident doctor in the department of hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery, Peking University Shenzhen Hospital. He is also a member of editorial board for Chinese Journal of General Surgery. He got his bachelor degree in Xiangya School of Medicine, Central South University and majored in clinical medicine. Then he got his postgraduate degree in surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University, with researches mainly focused on the ratio and function changes of regulatory T cells in hepatocellular carcinoma patients underwent percutaneous radiofrequency ablation, and be skilled in mononuclear cell separation, flow cytometry, magnetic cell sorting, cell co-culture for regulatory T cell suppression assay based on CFSE staining. His doctor degree in transplantation, related to liver, kidney, pancreas and multiple organ transplantation, was also awarded in the First Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University, while research work involved biological marker screening related with prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma patients receiving liver transplantation, animal experiments of in vitro machine normothermic perfusion on organ restoration and preservation, circular RNA screening related with liver injury caused by ischemic reperfusion, active immunization for hepatitis B virus in liver recipients. Some results had been published in meeting abstract and journals indexed by Chinese Science Citation Database, PubMed and SCIE.
